Titus was on the loose again last week and has been arrested for battery with serious bodily injury. I want to know why he hasn't been held without bail for the other 7 (3 in one glorious week last year) arrests he's found himself involved in.

Apparently he was due in court tomorrow to answer for those previous charges.

There's a lot of criminals in the NFL. The difference is that him, along with the likes of Aaron Hernandez are also bi-polar, or just not smart enough to keep things under control. Of course the crimes these guys commit would not indicate any great level of intelligence anyway.....not like they're imbezzling money, or some other white collar crime. Not many rocket scientists in the NFL......at least not in the WR position....

Update - The victim of the assault was Titus' attorney who was visiting him at the medical center where he was receiving treatment!

I guess he was arrested in Compton...going to Compton was his first mistake. The kid needs help. His dad says he is an emotional wreck.
