I've seen about enough of Kelenic for now. The first 10 ish games the one positive everyone was saying was he's not striking out. But the last few games he's been striking out a ton. Time to go back to Tacoma and get things right.

Yeah pretty pathetic performance from the bullpen today. Nice to see Marco do well, but with such a short outing, basically ended up as another bullpen game.

I took a peek at last nites starting lineup.

5 guys in a row # 5-9 in the lineup ALL batting below the Mendoza line !

And none of them were 'just under'. Kelenic is batting .111 send him back down to Tacoma to get his head right before you Jedi mind fuck him into him thinking he cannot hit big league stuff.

As for striking out ... he has been getting rung up alot these past couple weeks. Alot of looking strike 3 as well ( thats a clear sign of a batter that is in the wrong place mentally )

Do you think baseball will modernize the Mendoza Line and call it the Mariners Line? Maybe it can apply to any team with multiple Mendoza Line players in its daily lineup?

I think the minor league system and how poorly the players are treated play a big part on why youth would go a different direction.
