Because I don't really care to much about any other team. In order of importance which attributes are most to least important.

1. Coachablity
2. Raw Talent
3. Football IQ
4. Flexibility

1 - if you can't do what the coaches tell you, you might have a shot, but the leash will be short
2 - you still gotta have some legit natural ability, but just being a great athlete is worthless without the first two

4 to me is more of a natural result of being good at the other 3.
