I have to throw in with the "Burn in Hell, Art" crowd.

I hated the Browns for most of my life...though recently, it's been hard to hate the hapless expansion Browns.

Anyway, having settled in Browns country 25 yrs ago, I saw what Modell did to the people of this area. They were among the most loyal fans in football. Most of my friends are Browns fans, and he cut out their hearts...from behind. One friend put it this way...
"Seeing Modell with a SB trophy makes me question the existence of God."

The worst part was HOW he did it, publicly reassuring the fans that he wouldn't leave, while secretly negotiating with Baltimore. Had the fans known, they could've put more heat on the local politicians to get a deal worked out. Fuck him...hope he's Satan's bitch right now.

What would you expect from 'Balmer' trash? It's bad enough that they stole a proud franchise, but then they made a mockery of the hole thing by dressing up in purple camouflage and beads and buttfucking each other after touchdowns. It's a pretty sad state of affairs over there.

We don't have many 'homers.' Most of us are so jaded from the past 2 decades that we just assume the worst at all times.

That said, I think there are some serious holes on this years team and I don't expect us to be able to easily fix them during week 1. If we do, I'll be happy to be wrong!

I'm a homer, just not a blind one......we weren't as good as the best in the league last year (9-0 vs non playoff teams, 0-8 against those who made the playoffs) and until we can reverse that trend there is no reason to blindly predict victories over playoff type teams on the road.....I'll be ecstatic if proven wrong......
