It was great seeing Tommy and others all pumped. It means something to them and that means a lot to me.

It shows that the guys really aren't out there just giving up.

Bo is not 'The program', he is simply a manager. He is responsible for organization and the final product.

Perlman, Eichorst, boosters and donors are 'The program'. If 'The program' has to make a move on Bo's assistant coaches, then Bo should be fired for mismanagement. If Bo cannot see (or chooses to ignore) where a division is lacking in quality and take the necessary steps to improve that quality, then someone else needs to made manager.
