They are expensive as hell....

I was curious to see just how much they were after you made your post....I think I'll stick to fishing.

Landon man up like us real hunters and go out with no camo!
I don't understand why guys think they need to wear all the camo bullshit. I've killed several turkeys in nebraska with blue jeans and a white tshirt on yes calling the toms in the spring nothin like a gobbler shot by a Fox with a ounce load sixes.

I never understood why all the camo... In FL.. you have to wear 400 square inches of blazing neon orange.. the camo can hide that safty orange! I think I even did a little hunting in shorts this year when it was warm in November.

We also use a blind for muzzleloader (blackpowder) since you have to get fairly close. You only get the one shot, so you better make it count as you've just scared every living thing away for miles around when that fucker cuts loose.

I turkey hunt and high power deer hunt in bluejeans.

i wear camo, and unless i have to, i dont wear the orange, i do when walking, but once i get to where im going it comes off...

the ghillie suit is just neat, and was thinking about making one just to see if i could do it.

i use a muzzleloader and unless you are a tree stand or blind of some type you need some type something to make you blend in.

while i would agree that for the most part the ghille suit might be a bit of over kill, its cool...

I've hunted duck and geese all the time of course in a blind so no need for camo. As a kid I also jumped a lot of ducks on the South Loup River in Nebraska with no camo on. Like I said it's not needed.
