Anyone get BF Hardline?

So, did anyone get Battlefield Hardline?

I've had every BF game since 1942 but I just can't bring myself to pay $60 for a game that looks like it should have been a DLC for BF4. The reviews seem to be lower than the last two releases BF3 & 4 so it looks like some people agree.

My biggest complaints are that it looks like there aren't many vehicles -- a key component to the "battlefield" gameplay. Jumping into a Jet, getting blown up by a helicopter, parachuting into a tank and blowing up a jeep. THAT is what makes a BF game but it seems like it's been watered down to sports cars, one fighting vehicle and a helicopter.

While the new gameplay types look interesting, the classic BF bread and butter is conquest...something that I just don't think will play well without the multitude of vehicles missing from this game.

So, did anyone get it and are my sentiments accurate?

I have both the PC and PS4 versions.. Seems like they implemented some CS:GO game modes into BF.. There is still the general conquest but no tanks and the like..

Meanwhile, COD AW is like wine. Gets better with age.

Can't stop playing.

New DLC exo zombies looks like a blast. I haven't got to play that option as my kids are always playing it.

I've been wondering if I should get it just to pass some months before Star Wars Battlefront comes out.

Meanwhile, if you have FORTY MINUTES to dedicate to watching this Hardline review, I would highly suggest it. Seems to be all my worst fears are confirmed. Hardline would have been a great DLC for BF4 but as a game that they're trying to get you to spend over $100 on, it's a huge rip off:

I got Battlefield Hardline. Fun to play with friends. I like the gear acquisition system. It isn't purely a grind.

I have it on Gamefly right now. It feels like a mix of COD and past Battlefield games. Hotwire and rescue are my 2 favorite game modes. I think the RPGs are a little over the top in hotwire though. Breaching charges don't seem to be as cheap of a move.
