Joe Gibbs is 78 years old now. Clearly still a successful leader. His son JD who did most of the internal management passed away. Why in the world would he take another job with the Redskins?

I tell you this much, it isn’t an internal candidate.

Go get a young up and comer in a successful organization. Take a chance on somebody. I don’t necessarily want a big name, but I do want a smart football guy that has been involved in winning programs.

Most business owners that I have ever known took pride in the product they owned and made it a better product after they bought it. Maybe this doesn't apply to midget business owners since I've never known any of them.
