Or A Navigator?
I inherited a grandfather clock and need to retrieve it from Massachusetts and bring to Tennessee.
I have been advised by a couple professional clock makers that I should not leave this task to a "professional" shipping crew consisting of two gibroni's and their crack head.
So, last time I attempted to rent a U-Haul/Ryder van, not a box truck, one way they said no way.
Might have changed since then, but they said a certain Timothy McVeigh ruined the chances of one way van rentals.
That said, I may rent an Expedition if I can lay the clock down behind the front seats.
Does anyone know the length of the rear from closed hatch to back of rear seats?
And no to Tahoe/Suburban, not a flat floor.
