Yep she is doing better and getting alot of assistance from Harvick. Busch has done little. He doesn't want to be bothered because he is working on running Charlotte and Indy this year. I am still with Richard Petty though.

I am glad I missed the race Saturday. I have nothing against Danica but I can't stand listening to DW go nuts about her when she is breaking the top 20 let alone the top 5.

He was defending Danica so hard and blaming Keslowski the whole time at Dega when she even said she was looking in the mirror and drifted up some.

Yea DW has a tendency to be very biased at times as I suspect most race fans are. Listening to him go on and on can be very annoying. He does the same thing with Hendricks drivers as well.

I was a Richard Petty fan for years, and I'm still sad that Lynda died; but the old guy is off his meds when he starts talking about racing at his age.

Patricia, Maurice's wife died last Sunday as well. So he is a pretty sad guy these days. I don't know addict, Paul Newman raced well into his eighties in the old Rolex series and never missed a beat. Newman was quite competitive in those racing 911 Porsches. So, I think old Richard could bring it to the Danica in a select race.

It is no secret he likes Jr a lot but at least it is because he has watching him grow up around racing and be successful. He has known him his whole life basically.

Anybody that wins and drives a Chevy that is somehow connected to Hendricks, DW is all over them. Tony Stewart buys his engines from Hendricks. Thus, Harvick, Danica (also because she has a vagina), Kurt Busch, and Tony Stewart.

I remember he wasn't nearly has enthusiastic when BK won his championship with a Dodge whose engines came from the factory and were built by Penske. Nope, DW wasn't getting all warm fuzzy when that went down.

Nascar and it's announcers have always had their favorites and not been ashamed to show it. Normally the driver would at least win every now and again though.

Of course it is getting a lot of attention and many fans are reacting by stating that Petty should shut his piehole. But the salvo's continue. It'll be interesting to see how Tony Stewart reacts this time.

I agree jeffro. The competitor in Petty seems to get the best of him and after losing his wife and sister-in-law, I suspect he is looking for a diversion of sorts to take his mind off the incredible grief I know he is feeling right now. So he runs his mouth when it would be just as easy to move along. Danica isn't going away and neither are the thousands of little girls who come to the track and plunk their parent's money down to buy her stuff.

Petty should've said 'If she bakes me 200 cupcakes, I'll race her.'

Anyways, 17th at Michigan for Danica and on the lead lap. Not too shabby.

28th place in the standings.
