Well, basically yes.
My window of opportunity at a better position down the line was there and they offered it to me so I moved.

Knowing that they plan to shut down the office sometime this summer helped my decision but I could not pass up going from an office that revenue was basically at the bottom to one which was at the top where no underwriter made less than 2.5x what I make made it a no brainer.

Edit: The premium they generate in 1 month is only a little less than I did in a year.
Granted it is more specialized (contractors only), deal with the entire country and minimum premium is $7,500 instead of my $500 makes a big difference. There are lots more difference that make it better, but I don't want to list them all.
