ESPN doesn't like pouring salt on the local wound ... that's where they get 70% of their advertising revenue. Anyway ... everyone up there knew what the score was ... and they don't want to be reminded.

Only coverage for either NYY or BOS is when they play each other ... or when they beat somebody else. If they both lose... well then all the news is football.
