Geno doesn't need defending...he was a better passer than a runner...and for me I really don't want my QB running around and taking shots all season....at the end of the day he was the greatest QB ever to play at WV...In defense of Geno, he was recruited to WVU as a dual threat QB, but outside of his sophomore season, he had no one behind him to man the reigns if he was injured. He played an entire season with a broken foot.
Dana did not want him to run unless it was a scramble situation.
Looks like Dana wants to have a QB option today. Offense will morph… might get closer to Urban Myer's….
