1) i would like to see gettis step up and take the RG spot . he has been getting bigger and he anchors well. It is year 3 so its time for him to make a move. i get this feeling Mr long could move in at center or LG
2) Ribeye to shake the weight thing once and for all and move stieger out of the center position altogether . he has the size to do so and he does have some center experience .
3) Niles Paul actually do something at the TE position as far as catching the ball in the offense . as a former wr we should see some better results there . that puzzles me to no end .
4) the wr position i would like to see ending like this garcon , Djax, roberts , hoffman, grant and hankerson . this has to be hanks last chance to show . injuries and poor concentration have plagued him. i cant see him getting any more shots
5) hocker take over as the regular FG kicker or punter/ko specialist . in fact if malone practiced Ko's he could really help himself . he has a 45 yd avg (albeit for a short time ) . hocker also showed good leg in punting albeit only 7 times
6) finding more of a role for DY . he is a great blocking FB and he catches and runs very well
7) finding more of a role for Helu in the passing game . he has speed , and he does catch well but we seem to never give him the ball that way except as a rookie .
8) seastrunk becomes the home run hitter we wished thompson would .
9) moses takes over for polo by 2015 . i cant see him doing it year one . it looks like he needs a lot of work on technique
10) Rg3 get back to normal . everything bad that happened all can be traced back to his play for what ever reason you want to pick out . if he returns to form then i bet the in fighting goes away and the team starts to win
on defense
1) can we get a pass rush. use the guys we have in hatcher , cofield , murphy , Rak , kerrigan , b jenkins , bowen and send them in waves . last year shanny supposedly put the kabash on that but haz needs to cut loose and live with secondary .
2) i would like to see thomas and rambo step up and push the 2 old guys off the roster by 2015 . i think rambo learned a lot and got better at tackling as the year went along . thomas can be the young thumper we need and he has ball skills .
3) tanard jackson take a safety spot over and get off the damn drugs . if he can play like the guy we envisioned then this defense takes a step up . sorry guys but i think ryan clark might be through
4) keenon robinson get healthy and take over at ILB , i think he can be an above avg ILB with good height and coverage ability . it would be huge if he could play the te's we face to at least a draw
5) sharpton , jordan and heyword to turn around our special teams as far as tackling , and blocking . i bet we could gain 3 wins by that alone
6) sharpen our tackling skills that is the single biggest reason our defense fails
