Am I overthinking My QB Choice?

Rivers is on bye week. Standard QB scoring, but you get a 3pt bonus for going over 300yds.

1) Romo vs Jax (England)
2) Car vs Broncos


Will Romo play the whole game? Will they protect Romo and lean heavily on the run game? Will Dallas get an early lead and play ground and pound?

Then on the other hand - Will Jax be forced to chuck it up the whole game playing vs Peyton? Will Carr get a ton of garbage points?


Romo should be the clear answer - but I am leaning towards Carr right now. Thoughts?

Carr has a better shot at 300 yards. I don't think it's crazy to go with him over Romo.

I'm not starting Romo in any of the half dozen leagues I own him.

Carr in two, Tannehill in a less than stellar matchup in two and Flacco. I don't know why Romo is even there. Can't see him playing an entire game.

Ok, I would rather bet on Peyton than on Jacksonville. Therefore, I am going with Carr. Carr will be forced to air it out to keep up, and has a good chance at garbage points. We'll see.

I would go with Carr. I'm going with Tanny vs the Lions over Romo this week. I just don't see Romo doing much more than handing off to Murray the majority of the game.

Sorry but an injury risk, whose clearly hurt, and missed time the past two weeks, overseas, with the hottest rb in the nfl............looks like a risk of either leaving the game, or handing off ALOT

Actually I don't think you are overthinking as IMO it's pretty close...............I think Denver D will be pretty pissed and I see them playing extremely well..............Jax D has been playing pretty decent and they do sack the QB and have forced 4 Ints in the last 3 games....................all that said I'd go with the guy most likely to finish the game and start Carr.........

Romo is one tough SOB.

He should play the whole game and he needs to make an effort to get a frustrated Dez involved. Murray will eat, but I still think Romo is going to give you 15-20 points.

Carr is facing a tough Denver D, I would go Romo despite the risk.
