I run it through my Sig P220 all the time and haven't had a single issue yet. And generally I only clean it every other trip to the range, or so. I've been gettin' it in .45 Auto for around $16 to $18 a box. For range ammo, you really can't beat the price. Who wants to pay through the nose just to practice?
