Remember in the 50's when OU ruled the Big 7 they could only go to a bowl game every other year due to conference rules...otherwise they would have a lot more appearances.

and funny thing is, Texas was under .500 until just a few year ago....guess going to the Holiday and Alamo bowls helps pad that ol record, LOL!~

Obviously it depends on who you play! Some can have easy match ups year after year while others can be matched up with an equal or higher ranked team. The more bowl games you play the lower your percentage will be, that is if you are playing an equal type team. It's the law of numbers.
