KC went 5-2 against the Blu Jays in the seven games they played in the regular season. That's surprising considering the Jays hit 100 more homers and the team ERs are so close. Here's the team comparisons:

My money would be on Toronto. The Jays will have to earn it especially if Volquez manages to pitch in 3 games.
