I don't understand why Britton is not in the game after O'Day's 2nd inning. Duensing and Ubaldo are about as useful as moldy bread in a game like this. Buck played out his string and won the gamble, and then double downs? Makes no sense.

I don't blame Buck. Ubaldo was lights out dominant and our best pitcher for the last month.

He has been unhittable and his win versus Toronto last week is the only reason Baltimore got this far.

I blame Adam Jones, Machado, Schoop....and the merry band of free swinging idiots.

Fuck Adam Jones especially, because he is a dick as well. He is a total douche at the stadium.

Buck's luck with the bullpen decisions tonight ran out. Britton or even Bundy would've been better in that situation I think.

I give him a pass for letting Ubaldo face Donaldson but no fucking way is he facing Encarnacion after giving up 2 consecutive hits. That is ridiculous. I would be livid right now if this was my team

The offense didn't get a hit past the sixth inning, but trusting Ubaldo to do ANYTHING in this pressure situation was a mistake, and as soon as he gave up the FIRST hit, he should have been gone for Britton.

Encarnacion knew EXACTLY what he was going to throw, squared it up perfectly, and crushed it.

Terrible way to end a season.

it was the right move to go to Ubaldo. It just backfired. That happens.

Buck had an unwinnable hand because his offense could not even get to a full count once all night..not once...

He made every move fucking perfectly for 11 innings.

Buck was A+ tonight.

Leaving your best pitcher on the bench in hopes of getting a lead is a sure way to lose the game.

As soon as the Jays got their first hit, Ubaldo should have been gone.

Both of these teams aren't good enough to win it all, but it sure would have been nice to try against an overrated Texas team.
