even the best hitters are going to have 0-13 stretches. Kirk's a 22-year-old that never played above A+ ball until his brief major league stint last year. It isn't that unusual that he's having a rough stretch.

that's not to say that Kluber has nothing to be worried about, he's looked like shit.

You'd think a kid like that would be easy prey for a 2 time CY award winning pitcher wouldn't you?

Kirk seems to have a really good eye... he walked more than he struck out and his highest K% in the minors was 11.2% in A+ ball. He's only struck out 6 times in his first 41 MLB PA. That's pretty impressive IMO

I'm just bitter that they more than likely could have resigned Tanaka for roughly what they've flushed down the toilet for Kluber
