Same here. I hope that Peter actually leaves things well enough alone and lets the sons run the franchise. And if they do, here's hoping that they stay out of the way and let Elias do his thing. Now, we need a manager and I have no clue on where to start for that search.Looks like ELIAS is the guy.
That is a homerun pick and exactly what Baltimore needs.
I am just waiting for them to screw it up somehow by something so small and petty in Angelos fashion.
The sons are forward thinking modern owners, but they still fear the old man will do something and ruin their work.
eh. The Son's have started to take a more active role in the Organization. This also should end the Orioles outright ignoring the Latin American Market which has always handi-capped their farm potential.Until Angelos inevitably low-balls him. You know it's coming.
"Happy days are here again.......Andy Martino of SNY.tv reports that the Yankees "have multiple offers on the table" for Sonny Gray and appear close to trading the right-hander.
We're going to be really horrible for at least 3-4 years. Hopefully we can have a few good drafts like the Astros did and become a good team again. Next up will be trying to find a manager. I'm hoping that it'll be someone that can help the young players grow since there won't be any expectations of winning for a while. Who that is, I have no clue.Good pick there for the Orioles. I've always had a soft spot for them, hoping they turn it around.
