He rebuilt an organization literally overnight, at a time you were finally getting excited that the Yankees were destined for years of mediocrity

He has more wins/division titles/world titles than any GM in the game


You sit back and enjoy the GM that left the Detroit Tigers in absolute shambles, and is totally repeating that blueprint to a T in Boston right now

We will worry the GM who leads the MLB in everything great

Red Sox had 38 fewer wins than the Yankees in that time frame. Slightly less than 122. If they had 122 fewer wins than the Yankees in that time frame they would have to be one of the 5 worst teams in baseball.

Yeah just think of how much better the Tigers would be this year with Cameron Maybin, Andrew Miller, Jacob Turner, Avisail Garcia, and Devon Travis.
