It is i believe.....Most innings he ever pitched in 2017, I heard more than once this preseason to watch out in the 2nd half this season cause thats when a young pitcher starts to feel the effects of his first big time innings season the year before..........I think hes' toast, be shocked if he just turns it back on this season

Yeah. This isn't terribly surprising in that sense. Not even sure that giving him some rest will make much difference at this point.

He's hit a wall.....velocity is erratic and his command has vanished....I'd have no problem with him missing a start here and there.....Still has some serious talent.....
