Only good thing for the Yanks in terms of the Judge injury is their schedule in august is extremely soft. Outside of a 4 game set in Fenway and a 3 game set at home vs Tampa, here is their schedule for the rest of the month.
5 vs Bal (1 at home and 4 away)
6 vs the White Sox (3 at home and 3 away)
4 at home vs Texas
1 at home vs the Mets
3 at home vs the Jays
2 in Miami
2 vs Detroit (part of a 4 game set that extends into the first 2 days of September)
The Judge injury shouldn't hurt too much as long as he's only going to miss about a month and return in late August/early September
Is he really the best player on the team?
Oof. Nope, I think that's punishment enough.
It can take a while for players to bounce back after a wrist injury, especially at the plate.
Royals position players have been worth 4.7 WAR, 28th in MLB. Merrifield accounts for 3.2 of that. 26th among all position players.

Is there a more useless team in baseball than the Minnesota Twins?
I prefer they lose both, will be OK with a split, but I think they win both.Would be great to see the Yankees take both games of today’s double header but a split would be nice to. Severino on the mound game 1 is a great sign
Weird start to the game. Keller has no control and kc is throwing the ball around. no runs to show for it yetSeverino not looking good today
