I don't think I've ever seen a pitcher (Arrighetti) with a 10+ K/9 that gives up over 12 hits per 9 innings

Some of them yesterday for fluke hits and some were hits no matter where you are playing. Volpe's hit in the first inning was right at the SS, but took a nasty bump.

I mean he does have a BABIP over .400 this season, so he's certainly been unlucky. Unfortunately, his ERA predictors are still rather mediocre (5.22 FIP, 4.49 xFIP). He walks a lot of guys and he's HR prone (and I don't think that's bad luck, he doesn't get many ground balls)

I just noticed they optioned Jose Abreu. That's probably the end of the road for him.

I get MLB moving games to ESPN and Fox on occasion, but to put a game on Apple TV AND blacking it out on MLB TV, is ridiculous, especially when the new owner of the Orioles is the guest Mr Splash tonight
