You are correct but I'm going to switch the word supremacy for the word; advancement, I think the AL East wont be determined till the last week of regular season.

the Yankees are near the bottom of the league in Defensive Efficiency Rating and UZR. Pineda hasn't been good, but there's a lot of bad luck and poor defense involved too. A .390 BABIP allowed is just ridiculous.

BINGO, this is something that as of late really concerns me... the pitching IMO has been solid, some timely hits have won close games.. but defense, Didi, he concerns me the most.. you don't win championships with a weak up the middle defense.......

Good start to the 4 game series by the Red Sox today. Wright goes the distance for his 3rd consecutive CG. BP needed that.
Way too early in the season to get too excited but a good way to spend part of Memorial.
