Not sure, some beer distributor offered them to a coworker. He said they might be club seats.
I hope they are club for ylur sake. Those tiny seats kill me and add in some rain,....... Best drink many before entering

How is Ortiz not ejected?

And FTR that was actually a strike. McCann got crossed up which made it look like a ball.

Because the ump knows he FUCKED up.

I'm not sure he did. Remember it's where the ball crosses the plate that determines if its a strike or not....Looks like it was a borderline strike when I saw the replay.

We will both see it differently, to me it was low and not close. Game should be tied, bit no guarantees it changes the outcome. I won't overly complain because I know bad calls happen. I didn't get to watch the whole game but I'm sure a call or two benifitted Boston. Good game, now it's time to get ready for tomorrow.

I'll say this though, after Ortiz's tirade there was no way he or Rameriz were getting the benefit of a close call, that strike zone grew an inch or two after that.

ehh. Sox had so many squandered opportunities in this game. Frustrating loss regardless. Absolutely deserved to lose to such a shitty team.

So it was a strike as I said. The way McCann caught the ball threw everyone off IMO.

I think the pitch Hanley got called out on in the 8th was much much worse

If that's where the ball truly crossed the zone, considering where it was caught it was a very nasty pitch. Batters have to realize if the still have a strike in their pocket they can't go balistic on the ump, because the next pitch if close will be called a strike. Disagreeing is one thing, going nuts doesn't help you.

just being objective, do you think the the yanks would get the benefit of a call being it they blow? secondly, good for the ump not giving up on pitch being that the pitcher/catcher were crossed up? anyway, anything close, 2 strikes, no matter the situation you swing to protect, i would never leave it up to the ump. And as far as where pitch landed the ones who don't know game are gonna scream, the ones that do question it and move on.

Let's not pretend it was just one pitch. The 5th may have been a strike but the 6th was definitely not. Kulpa also fucked up calls to Hanley and Bogaerts earlier in the game.

So in the last 4 games, the Yankees starters went 7+ IP 3X including 8 innings outings by Tanaka and Eovaldi
