I don't think there's a single Rays fan on this entire forum, but I'll post the Rays' ZiPS projections anyway.

2017 ZiPS Projections – Tampa Bay Rays | FanGraphs Baseball

They underachieved their pythag by 9 games last year. I wouldn't be surprised if they finish around .500 (maybe slightly above) next year if that rotation stays healthy. Not sure they really have the position players to contend though. Outside of Kiermaier/Longoria/Forsythe, it's a pretty meh group of players. Ramos is coming off a very good year, but he has a very lengthy injury history and some pretty meh years mixed in.

There's plenty of pop in their lineup, but they had a .307 OBP (14th in AL) last year. Not going to score many runs when there's no one on base.

Sale/Price/Porcello all project to being worth 4+ WAR and Pomeranz/Rodriguez round out as slightly above average (2+ WAR). Wright projects to 2 WAR and he currently doesn't look like he'll have a spot in the rotation, and Buchholz is a nice option to have as your #7.

Thus ends a frustrating, but overall solid Red Sox career. I do think the Sox should have waited longer to deal him. Phillies will be paying for Buchholz though. Tobias looks like a utility player at best.
