There was nothing to respond to. This happens yearly in baseball. Just look at the O's for example. 50 wins at home. 38 on the road. Yanks got 48 wins at home. 36 on the road. Very similar

Another example of this is the Royals. 47 wins at home. 34 on the road. The final example of this is the Dodgers. 53 home wins. 38 on the road.

This is why it was not necessary to respond year. Every single season there's quite a few teams who finish with a winning record who are much better at home than they are on the road. This is nothing new

The Dodgers payroll is the highest in baseball and they have won 15 fewer games on the road than they did at home......
