I never said he was. Or that anyone would, for that matter. 85 is a ridiculous number. But Stanton probably has a better shot at even coming remotely close to approaching that kind of number than anyone else in the league right now.

I think Jose Bautista has the most consistent power in the league still.. Stanton is still hot/cold.. He has the most power in terms of ball distance when driving it..

So in summary, I think Jose Bautista would have the best chance to hit 85 Home Runs..

yes. Verlander gave up a 2 out mighty single to the Twins and lost 2-1. of course it was into the 7th inning..and he threw over 115 pitches by then... tigers stranded a lot of runners in Scoreing Pos...he just got no support.


Scherzer got a lot of support today. Tigers beat up on Twins pitching early and often.
I already got them marked down a win tomorrow and a series win...in PEN!!!

In all seriousness, you need an owner who cares about winning and not just making money. Then the Jake will start to sell out again, just like in the 90's. The Dolans have alienated a lot of fans.

Welcome to the Hoop Erie, get used to a lot of Tigers fans acting as if they have won the Series 3 straight years and are a lock to win it again! With that said there are some good Tigers fans, Smitty, Mike, Cleaves, gvs, Howie and even dougie along with a few others. As far as other fans from the Central it's pretty much me, hockey and moose, I don't think the White Sox have fans so...
