And another thing...if the injuns were to shock the world and make the playoffs, we all know swisher would put up an ofer....the guy sucks when it counts. Thats the reason he bounces from team to team until the injuns made him THEIR superstar.

Dunn is a lot worse, he will be lucky to hit .200. Cleveland doesn't have a superstar. They have a bunch of role players and Swish is becoming big bc he is a friendly guy from Columbus who gives the team motivation. Don't hate on Swish he just plays the game hard.

There's a web site out there devoted solely to making disparaging comments about Hawk Harrelson. Can't recall the exact name but came across it last season after the d-bag Hawk made headlines by openly criticizing some ump. Did you know the Hawk was responsible for running Tony LaRussa out of Chicago when the Hawk somehow had the gig as Chisox GM.

I was scared to death when valverde came in....what scares me more is, that he got the save...so now hes the closer.....watching game today and the tigers announcers are saying how we got our closer.....its ONE Fuggin game. Verlander hasnt been impressive today....he is usually a slow starter, so we shall see.

The Twins are definitely playing better than most expected. They are not that great but the future looks bright at least. Very good bullpen. Starters are better than last year at least lol. Offense is still very inconsistent but we got some nice pieces. Good to at least see some competitive ball. Royals are very solid this year and will challege the Kitties.
