Honestly, Amos was pretty good, but his PFF grade overrated him. He is a solid SS, but someone will overpay him. After the Mack contract, he will probably be the first cap casualty after the Mack contract. We still have the cap space to sign him, but we got to think about the future.

Callahan is a FA. Amos might get tagged, but Bobby Massie is also a UFA, which could require a tag to hold onto, as well. I don't think either is worth the $10+ mil it would cost to tag them, but if we get a chance to sign one or two or all three of them for less, I would look into it.

I don’t think Massie will be tagged at his age. Amos is much more likely as hebis young and good. The cap is going up so I expect he gets tagged. Callahan would be a nice 3rd CB. Someone like Tampa could overpay him as a starter though.
