All these plays at the end of the game are bang bang plays. It's sad that the new rules have made teams in close games drive it hard to the rim to draw fouls with a chance to win at the free throw line rather than hit a jumper. Clemson plays hard. They play good defense too. Duke was very fortunate to win. They play like that against State and the Pack will be in the championship game.

If Clemson had an offense, they would be National Champion contenders. That defense is tough. The two lowest point totals on the season for Duke came in their two games against Clemson.

Nah it ain't that. SU's a better team than what played last night. l played a little ball and know some days you can't buy a bucket. And bad teams can get on fire. T.J. played a hell of a game. And that banked in 3 as time was expiring....kind of let me know the Gods were not favoring Orange last night.

I don't believe Keita and Grant are yet back to 100 percent and with Cooney turning his ankele....maybe the 1st round loss is a blessing. Like everyone though...I would feel better if they had put up a good game last night. But the truth is they sucked it up pretty bad.

And still had 4 fair looks at the basket to tie it up. Being in that game after as bad as they played on the offensive side. There is some lemonade to be made.

I wouldnt touch that first one. Hate bball spreads that are -3 or -4 cause you never know with the FTs at the end of games or other nonsense like the team up by 5 letting the other team get an easy bucket with no time left.

I think NCSU will barely cover. Duke by 8.

I'll never forget when Duke played at Virginia in 1992. Duke was #1 in the nation and a -2 underdog. Duke played awful and time was running down. Laettner hit a three to cut it to 1 point. John Crotty grabs the ball and stands out of bounds. Back then the clock didn't stop automatically. Laettner grabs Crotty to foul him. Lenny Wertz blew his whistle and called a foul on Laettner. Then clock ran out and the game was over, right? NOPE! Lenny Wertz went into the locker room, got Crotty to come back on the floor, and made him shoot two free throws to cover that spread!
