UVA should be the last 1 seed and no lower than a 2. I can only imagine if Duke had the cavs resume they would be a slam dunk 1 seed and stay in the east.

Agree 100%. If it was Duke or UNC that had UVA's resume, they'd be a #1 no questions asked.

I just wonder though since at least according to Lunardi, UVA was down to a 3 seed as of late last night. So I'm thinking if Michigan goes down, Villanova will be back up as a 1 seed and UVA would go to Raleigh as a 2 seed.

You would have to think that UVa deserves the #1 seed. But this year the rankings and RPI as well as SOS are all screwy. It all depends on how the committee sees the validity of each. Is it who beat who? Or is it who lost to who? It's not so cut and dried- so everyone wants what somebody else can attain another way. I hope that last sentence made sense.

crunch time on espn had some nice highlights from last weekend.....damn hall choked for clemson vs duke and cooneys last shots vs ncst were great comic relief.
