That's pretty fucked up, I took a round in the index finger...shattered the large knuckle between the metacarpal and proximal phalanges, got two screws, can't make a fist with that hand...still looks better than this thing. Get that fixed Bob, ya fucking savage.

On a side note...I met Ray Nitschke former Packers great at the Hardware Show in Chicago back in the late 90's...that man and his hands gave me new appreciation for those early NFL players. I don't think he had a finger that pointed in the right direction.

Dude, I have palm a basketball hands and that motherfucker wrapped his gnarly mitt all the way around mine and scratched an itch on the back of his hand. He died at 62, so he was probably 59 at the time, we were about the same height and I was bigger, but I felt like I just shook hands with a silver back gorilla. Super nice guy though.

I agree. Played golf with Don Maynard in EP nearly every week after I retired. His fingers/hands were a mangled mess and he could barely hold a club. When I asked him about them he said, "You catch thousands of passes from pro QBs like Namath and see what your hands look like."
