A little more abut what happened. Well, at least I hadn't read this part

But being victimized doesn’t provide the victim with a license to go on the offensive, which he allegedly did. He’s accused of taking a gun from a security officer, chasing a man with it, shooting at him twice, and possibly grazing the man’s neck with one of the bullets.

And you know his lawyer is going to go with the CTE defense.
So from a legal perspective how would that work and what would that defense get him exactly?

For an insanity defense you plead guilty by reason of insanity. Is that what you are thinking his lawyer is going to do, tie the "CTE defense" to an insanity defense? There is no stand alone CTE defense that I know of but in order to "go with it" there would need to be a guilty plea, right?

Or are you thinking they will try to defend AB through other more traditional means but just continue to bring up him having CTE over and over throughout the trial in hopes of it leading to a reduced sentence?

Looks like he is going to be hanging out a little longer in the middle east.

More likely he has male BPD. He kinda always was like this, imo. Prisons are already full of dudes like him.

Not saying he doesn’t have CTE, but BPD kinda screams out more, imo.

Got some Andrew Tate ordering pizza vibes. Doubt it would be long before internet sleuth's figure out where he is. And then it just depends if that country has an extradition treaty.
