I'm with you. Rather than prototype NFL QBs, why not bring in guys who maybe aren't even NFL practice squad capable, but are at least a little exciting to watch.

I mean Matt Sims? What are they thinking.

Agree, I haven't been able to watch as many games as I'd hope, but it has been decent outside of the Qb play. It's like college without the atmosphere, and NFL without the hype and stupid stuff. They just need a college kid who has no NFL desire but is good. Like John Moxon.

Also why didn't the league do a Monday game? 1 Saturday, 2 Sunday, and 1 Monday? Just curious.

I think they prolly didn’t have the interest. Plus they tried to get guys that were local like Aaron Murray to drum up interest. Didn’t work

For whatever it's worth, the NFL's YouTube page puts up AAF game highlights. I don't know if this means an official link between the leagues, but it's certainly an endorsement.
