A lost season....and...one big question.

It's crossed everyone's mind at some point or the other. A very disappointing season like this one and there is blame or reasons (excuses) why it happened. We all know that they are coming, but the one question that hangs in the air as we finalize this season is:

What are the changes going to be, from top to bottom, in this organization?

A new coach Perhaps?... New GM?... Coaching staff?.... New QB perhaps two?..... RB?......WR's.....TE?.....Strength and conditioning coach?.....OLine or DLine, who's coming and who's going?.... What trades are going to take place....Which free agents to sign?.... Will we ever get a outstanding safety again?

So many questions, under the ONE BIG one:

WHAT CHANGES ARE GOING TO MADE WITH THIS TEAM?

Upgrade the D-line, WR, RB, and LG position. We need a new GM - Bruce's failure to address D-line, RB positions last offseason put us at a great disadvantage.

Shame about Pryor not working out.

Allen isn't going anywhere. I think he and Dan are the GMs.

The final product was tarnished by injuries this year. Having said that, Gruden's teams the past 4 years have looked similar to a degree in that what lacks is true aggression, the ability to step on throats when you have your opponent down. The ability to seize control of the situation either by force, making adjustments or taking a step back to evaluate the situation with a better perspective. None of this reflects a Gruden coached team to this point however, Snyder is in a pickle with the Cousins situation so I believe he retains Gruden another year. In spite of the late effort to make amends with Cousins, BA then royally screws that up by calling his starting QB by the wrong name. Kirk is out of here at seasons end as he and his agent will certainly peruse the market to see who is interested. Don't be surprised if the Broncos and Jags are the top 2 teams looking to strike.

WHAT CHANGES ARE GOING TO MADE WITH THIS TEAM?
Kirk finds a new team. We get compensation, just not sure how much. No one else is fired all though serious evaluation of Manusky's defense and his ability to get players motivated to play each week should be in question. In this scenario, we draft a QB, draft a RB and possibly a LG. In FA, we pay for a top tier WR to add to the offense. The rest of the picks, FA etc spent on the defense. (DL, ILB, S, OLB, CB) I see the draft of ILB to be a starter & DL to be a starter as well as LG. The remaining picks will be depth players.
