[True Lakers Fan]

I think the "no one wants to play with Kobe" angle is, and always has been, lazy media members grabbing the low hanging fruit. If players don't want to play with Kobe now, it's because he's old and can't lead them to a title anymore. Players were openly lobbying him to join the Lakers when he was in his prime.

Funny thing is, the only 2 players that I have ever heard say that they don't want to play with Kobe, are guys the Lakers would have no interest in anyway.

As I recall Dwight Howard clearly did not want to play with Kobe and clearly will never win more than one championship if any. I say he might win one if the Rockets get lucky with the right players, but right now I think the Spurts and Warriors are the two best teams in the West

Meh. With it being top 3 protected, the team is gonna have to have massive lottery luck to keep it anyway. They could be downright dreadful and still fall out of the Top 3. Just look at the Knicks.

I don't see playoffs or anything like that, but doubt we'll be 26 games ugly this season...
