It's a crazy stat, but you're bound to see some crazy stats ~40 games into the season and I'd be shocked if none of those 5 teams went .500+ at home by the end of the year. Look at Tulowitzki's home/away splits for example. Tulo is batting .608 with a 1.775 OPS at home. On the road, he's batting .247 with an OPS of .894 (which is still very good, especially from a SS). It's a long, long season...

ausmus plays avila against lester instead of holiday.. then moves avila up in the batting order. cost the tigers some runs. I don't like ausmus

yup. It took him a few years in Detroit to get it together, but he's finally done it. Fun pitcher to watch.

scherzer was locked in before the rain.he stranded 2 in the 4th. he is back in the zone.

You called something very obvious. Unless you lived in a cave last year anyone should have been able to say scherzer will have a good year. He will not repeat last years numbers but he is off to an impressive start. Only cuetoand maybe greinke have looked better. Unless the tigers win the world series though it was a bad move not trading max while they could have. They are going to end up losing him in FA.
