as widely reported, A.H. was stuffed and cuffed.. then 90 mins later he was released by the Pats.. they cant get any of the money in the signing bonus but might be able to recover some of the due salary.. Perhaps the Pats know more then whats being stated in the press for an out and out release?? time will tell..

I am not sure where they are getting the info, but the local radio station is reading a bunch of the evidence. Pretty stout.

They even know what kind of gum Aaron was chewing at the time...

No bail.

DA is pulling some strings so he can bunk with Whitey.

I don't think so - I listened to the arraignment and this was never mentioned that I can recall.

I'm pretty sure degree of murder isn't determined at the arraignment in MA anyway, not 100% but pretty sure that will be for someone else to decide. Not that there's much doubt that it'll be 1st degree murder (or much doubt that he's guilty).

No, he was charged with 1st degree murder because they believe it was premeditated and he was also denied bail because they believe he is a flight risk since he is facing life in prison. Plus he has the financial resources to run.
