He should have never challenged hat play. His reaction, scared me. I thought he was going to have a heartattack. His wife and his physician will talk to him once more about those type of outburst.

Yeah he just had a heart procedure earlier in the season, too (I believe it was involving atrial fibrillation).

That was a tough call, though on that Douglas reception and Harbaugh was just reacting to what he perceived as a bad call.

One more ride bro, one more ride...

If that pass had been a good one, we'd have had to rely on some final drive magic.

I think he had what I have. It causes your heart to beat rapidly. I won't kill you but it's extremely uncomfortable. Your heart goes from 70 beats to 200 instantly. It eventually stops but can last seconds or many minutes. You have to have an ablation (sp?) to fix it. Outpatient procedure. I've never had the procedure. I control it through managing caffeine intake and stress.

They were vague when it happened but it really sounds like what I have.

It won't kill you but it can lead to more dangerous conditions (ventricular tachycardia and ventricular fibrillation). Having your heart ablated/cauterized or getting a mini maze type of treatment or even cardioversions are what typically works if they can't control it with medications such as quinidine, etc.

I think you're on it - it's probably what you have. Hope you're doing okay with that and keeping it in check, Tom.

I'm just repeating what some electrocardio specialist from USC told me. If diet and stress wouldn't have worked for me, I would have had the procedure. I use to have 2-3 episodes per year. It's been 9+ months since my last incident. I also figured out ways to "trick" it to make it stop. It's an electrical issue with the pathways that control your heart rhythm. Coughing, holding your breath, drinking water.....stuff like that can make it stop, if an incident occurs.

Did Toby make an appearance at all today? I wonder if our win made him off himself.

:laugh3:

Seriously, I'm turning into this guy.

I'm him and more. I even have a lucky zip tie I hold during the game. Every action I take makes me wonder how I'm impacting the game.

Offensive Player of the Game: Due to his two scores and the last 7 years as our guy, Frank Gore.

Defensive Player of the Game: Patrick Willis for the same reasons, despite the INT and fumble recovery by others. He contributed to the overall game significantly, maybe even the INT, too.

Top 6 Plays of the game: The 4th and 4 stop, Gores last TD, VD's TD (this high because it stopped the bleeding), Anthony Dixon first down (repeat of last year would lead to FG maybe instead of Gore's TD - or we'd go for it being on the 29 yard line and all), Nicholas's personal foul (big chunk of yards during the first scoring drive), and the hit on the third to last throw by Ryan before our stop (might have made him off on the 4th and 4). Obviously, some of the other Davis' catches were big, too.

Thankfully Absent from the Top 5 Plays: The Crabtree fumble, Akers miss, the challenged catch that in which a better throw is a TD, one pass that could have been picked in the first half, and the delay of game on the first scoring drive.

Team of the Game: Offense (many thought it would be defense and some thought it's be more rushing either by Gore or Kaep).

Comeback Player of the Game: Not all games have this, but this goes to Vernon Davis.

:llama: goes to Kaepernick.

Agreed...I still don't understand the call...he hit the ground and the ball clearly wasn't in possession by Douglas. It wasn't a question of a fumble (ground can't cause a fumble) it was a question of a catch and it sure didn't seem like he had full possession

How awesome was it in the jumbo package was it to see Anthony Dixon get that first down...something he couldn't be done last year.
