Such a fucking joke. Saw a promoted ESPN post on Facebook the other week that was a "highlight" "diving" catch in left field. In reality, he misjudged a routine fly out, flailed around a bit, and fell down when caught the ball.

they say he was promoted because "of how well the ball comes of the bat" even tho hes hitting his weight.

In Tebows defense, the two highest averages on his team were .290 and .261 and his OBP I still higher than that of four teams in that league.

He's not falling on his face.

Yet.

I expected total embarassment

guys that do baseball for a living, all their lives, in the minors, are embarassing themslves much more

By dominating a world class athlete like Tebow? lol... No

There's a real good chance that Tebow will be a part of the Mets September call ups, and while he'll probably bat .120, you know he's gonna run into at least home run out of pure luck.

I'd hate to be the pitcher that gives up that long ball. It might be worse than when James Shields gave up the only home run of Bartolo Colon's career last season IN PETCO.

He's currently batting .600. He's clearly on track for the all-star game.

His stats are starting to look legit, especially since he got to St. Lucie. Will he make the bigs? No, but he's not actually wasting space either.

Dude is destroying it after the promotion.

I am rooting for him, if for no other reason to shut up the Bayless, Smiths, and Cowherd types.

He is already looking like a far better prospect than Michael Jordan was at this point in time.

He is probably not a MLB player, but he is showing enough talent to have earned the minor league roster spot.

jordan went right to AA. tebow started in low A. hes in high A now. jordan would have done better if he had gone that route too.

I can't remember if the White Sox were in the hunt when Jordan was in the minors, but I would have liked to see Jordan face MLB pitching and there is nothing wrong with giving Tebow a September call up.
Unfortunately there weren't any September call ups in 1994.
