I thought I saw that he pitched a rehab against San Jose last week.
from AZ site:

Rubby De La Rosa will return from the disabled list and take the mound to start the Arizona Diamondbacks’ game against the San Francisco Giants on Friday, the team announced.

Rehabbing from an elbow injury, it’s expected De La Rosa will be limited as the team builds his pitch count.

More of the same pathetic, lifeless garbage going on in this one. Maybe this team's goal now should be to finish at .500, if possible. It's really bad when the ace is giving up cupcake two-out HR's.

There was a month long stretch in April/May where the team went 12-16. It started April 12th in Colorado with a win, but then lost the next 2 of that series. The lowlights included a 4 game sweep by these D-Backs in SF, a 13-1 thrashing by the Mets in NY and a 17-7 thrashing by the Rockies in Colorado and ended with a series loss to the Blue Jays in SF. However, that last game, on the verge of another series sweep, they pulled out a win and went on a 15-3 tear, starting with that next series, to finish off May. Then they go 17-10 in June, followed by a 7-2 July, pre-ASG. They strung together two 4 game winning streaks, a 5 game winning streak, a 7 game winning streak and an 8 game winning streak between May 11th and July 10th.
This team has confounded me. That period of play from April 12th to May 11th gave cause for concern but I figured that it was early in the season, give them time. Now I wonder if it was the true team playing. How they managed to play so far above their heads from May 13th to the ASG, I may never know.

Reading the summary on the play that the D-Backs tied the game on, I have no idea how Owings got on base. Did he get a hit? Did Span make two errors on the play? What exactly happened?

100% on Boch. You can't blame Casilla at this point.

Can we DFA KCYa? Please?!?

Why would Bochy put him in there?

Atrocious!
I think the blame for the past couple, as well as tonight, goes to Bochy for continuing to run him out.

Casilla definitely does not want to be re-signed this offseason. He may be hunting for a minor league deal, if the agent wasn't so thin.
