I was thinking that the 7th inning would have been a good time for Burrell, but Ishi was a good choice (though not the end result). Then I thought again that Burrell should have batted for Ross and, here me out and don't freak out, but Velez should have batted next (if Burrell reached). Oh well...

gotta forget about it and move on to the Pads (which I think they already did).

My two goats of the game (not saying these should be them.....just the two that annoyed me the most ):

1.) Andres Torres. Once again got nothing started with the bat and didn't have any good at bats where he worked the count. Also, that 3rd run (in my humble opinion) was on him. I think he had a good shot at Montero at the plate if he fields that ball cleanly. He also misplayed a triple by Drew by over-committing (although it didn't hurt the Giants iirc).

2.) Edgar Renteria. I know it's pretty harsh considering he didn't play the entire game, but his at bat in the Ninth was absolutely horrid. He swung at ball 4 which would have put two on with no out. That could have completely changed the entire outlook on the game as it would have put pressure on a guy who's young and pitched a lot this series.

Oh well, off to the Padres. They have to at least take 2 down there. Doyers fecking suck. Goodnight Gents.
