I thought we couldn't get any worse. Evidently, we have a lot more room to fall. This is just painful. Where is the pride of being a Giant? Where are the freaking bats. Fire Bam Bam!

If Cespedes opts out after the season, the Giants should try to sign him. They need a feared power hitter. Tired of this small-ball, minimalist crap offense. The front office will have a lot of work to do in the offseason. With more than 470 consecutive home sellouts, the money is there to acquire free agents, no excuses.

And the Dogs are up on the Snakes, 8-0

4 back in an hour, and dropping like a stone

Please, would someone wake us up from this 16-31 nightmare?

Time to focus on the WC race and just try to get into the playoffs that way. This team is barely afloat with any pulse right now. Even a 5-5 road trip will be very tough to accomplish now.

A 4-6 roadtrip may be unreasonable.

3-7 would be reasonable at this point.

Maybe the Reds would trade Duvall back to us?

It's not a matter of revenue. They aren't going into the luxury tax.

You can thank Cain and Poopturdzija for that.

Not their fault. They didn't hold guns to the Giants' brass' heads to offer those contracts.

Fair point. And I'm not particularly irked with the Cain contract, given all he's done for the org.
