Good 1st half. MN's OL is ok. Ibrahim is a good back. I think we're going to see a whole lotta ground game and read option from OSU in the 2nd half.

MN missed some prime opportunities at the end of the half. If you're the underdog, that usually comes back to haunt ya.

All new LB core (which could be good further in the season), all new secondary and a new freshman QB that was hyped up. He isn't very mobile and he can't throw- bad combination. I don't think Ewers traveled with the team but it's only a matter of time.

Yes they did. Had the Gophers gotten another TD at the end of the half there, I'd be pretty confident. To be fair, OSU had a few passes that had they been caught would have been big plays, too and they could be leading this game right now. Right now I'm trying to be realistic. If OSU throws another Interception or coughs up a fumble, that might give the Gophers a chance? But as experienced as the Gopher's offense is, OSU will always have big play potential and I could see them pulling this out. Gophers should be able to keep it close by playing their game, but they'll need to make fewer dumb play calls.

tOSU just has better and more very good to elite athletes. They, if nothing else, will just wear Minnisota down in the second half.

If Minnesota can get another turnover (and avoid turning it over themselves) that will equalize things.

They might be, overall, the better athletes, but wear UMn down? I don't see that happening. UMn's the more experienced team and if anyone gets worn down it will be OSU trying to stop UMn's offense. Not saying OSU won't still win as their defense could score and their offense surely will score at least 24 for the game, maybe 30 even.

Minnesota has to execute on offense and not allow several big plays on defense. And they had a few bad play calls the 1st half, if they keep that up, OSU will probably come out ahead.
