After today we'll have a better record than the As, something pretty unthinkable a few weeks back...baseball is a long season.

This is where the As model falls apart...no veteran leadership because they ship guys out instead of keeping them...so when the team starts slumping they panic and press and don't pull out of it. They might miss the playoffs.

Meanwhile our ring-laden vets hung in there through the slump, turned it around.
