And I read that Smoak will be platooning with Flores for DH at-bats. I guess that Slater just isn't healthy? Otherwise, considering the year he has been having, I don't know why he wouldn't get at least semi-regular playing time. Maybe he is the Menez of position players. Here's to at least a Smoak resurgence in SF.
