The number dropped the exact same amount it has in the last 3 days or so, but this feels SOOO much better.

We've won 4 out of the last 7. That's a start, a base for a turnaround.

I do get the sense that the team is on the edge of getting out of this thing.

This was EASILY the best game since the ASB, on all cylinders. Hitting, beating Stras at home, Cain dominant, Nunez arrives...this should be the turning point. Are we going to play .700 ball, probably not. But 4 of 7 the rest of the way probably gets it done.

Interesting start from Cain again tonight. Prompts this question:

Would you take five good to excellent innings per start from him the rest of the year?

Bum, JC, Moor, Shit all go deep typically...

It wouldn't be TOO much of a stretch to see Cain get a bit more efficient and get to 6 or 7.
